Boy, have I got a name for you!
Let me tell you a story. It was September and I had decided to put my condo on the market. Interest rates were good and I needed some extra space. It was a good time to sell and find a new home. I called Karen, and she was at my house the same day. Her demeanor was highly professional and very informative. Her high standards permiated every detail of the transaction. After a short time on the market, my condo sold. The race was on to find something that suited my needs and budget. She made time for me and detailed descriptions of properties for sale. She was always on time and showed me quite a few homes and condos. I kept having to remember, when I was tired and frustrated, that Karen was the one doing the work. I was there to select the right property for me. Finally the hunt was over. I found my home. We did the paper signing, contract reading, packing, and waiting. As with some transactions, there was a hitch. Here is where Karen's experience and education paid off. Karen was informed about what to do next and gave suggestions. She was tenatious when caring for my interests, patient and caring when I was frustrated, and Sherlock Holmes when I needed answers. Her personal character was ever present and her conduct above reproach. It is always a pleasure to be able to write a testimonial about someone who exhibits the highest level of professional standards and ethical behavior that Karen has. I woudld definately do business with her again. Absolutely!

Working With An Agent >Stand By Me
Real estate transactions are complicated and unpredictable. Professional real estate agents are trained to handle the many facets of buying a home. A good agent is an invaluable asset to your venture if you are in the market for a house.
When you find a real estate agent with whom you feel confident, it is good to enter into a committed working relationship with that person. Concentrating your search with one agent will allow that agent to become truly familiar with your needs, desires, and financial capacities.
Maintaining loyalty to the real estate agent of your choice will bear you more fruit than scattering your attention among several agents. An agent who feels your commitment will devote his or her entire energy to finding the right home for you.
