My dream come true!

I immigrated to the United States in Febuary 2001. I wanted to fulfill my long time dream of owning my own home. Since I was a first time homebuyer, I needed someone who could help me find the house of my dreams. There was also a need for advice and guidance on on the purchase process. An officemate and friend said she knew an agent who could help me.

I was nervous, as I had been at my job for only seven months, had no credit, but I had the determination to own my own home. Karen Angona was my agent(and she's my guardian angel!) who is very committed to helping me. We exchanged phone calls and e-mails almost daily.

She asked me what kind of house I wanted, what location, and my budget. After going out several times I asked Karen, "How will I know if the house is for me?" Karen said,"you'll know because you will feel it!" She's right! I got the house of my dreams! Everyday I look at my house from the second floor and I tell myself, "this is the most beautiful house in the whole wide world! I thank God and Karen for making it come true.
